FAQ
How do I know if my domain is set up correctly?
Within a few hours, you should see your domains showing a status in the VerifyDMARC dashboard. A red exclamation mark indicates an issue with your DNS record.
How soon will I see data in the dashboard?
If the domain is actively sending email, you should see data in the Dashboard in 2-3 days and the ‘View Senders’ link will be enabled.
How can I use VerifyDMARC in parallel with my existing DMARC report destination?
If you already have a DMARC record with reporting, you can use VerifyDMARC alongside your existing report destination by adding our report destination to your RUA tag.
Find your unique VerifyDMARC report destination at Domains > Show Advanced Information.
Example - if your existing DMARC record is:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.com;
Update it to include the VerifyDMARC report destination like this:
v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.com,mailto:org_example@example.verifydmarc.com;
Note: Use your organisation's unique report destination found on the Domains page, not the example shown above.
