Multiple Organisations
VerifyDMARC supports users being able to access multiple VerifyDMARC organisations from a single login. This is useful for users managing IT for multiple organisations, like MSPs and digital agencies.
Setup
Setup is simple. On the Users page, add another user. As long as the new user's email address matches an existing VerifyDMARC user, they will be added to your organisation as well.
Next time that user signs into VerifyDMARC, instead of being taken straight to the Dashboard, they will be presented with a drop down selector to choose the organisation to sign into.
Once signed in, a down arrow will be visible in the header to quickly switch organisation.
Giving a Customer Access Without a Separate Organisation
A separate organisation is the closest thing to a sub-account: it has its own users and settings, and is invoiced independently. If a customer or partner only needs to see reporting for their own domains, they do not need a separate organisation.
Instead, add them to your organisation with a scoped role and assign the domains they can see. Scoped users have read-only access limited to their assigned domains, and cannot open Settings. See Scoped Domain Access.
Use a separate organisation when the customer needs their own billing, admin users, alerts or API access.
